Congratulations to Taylor Beddow (nominated by Mr. Gindorff) and Elio Mendoza Delgado (nominated by Senora Dietz) for being recognized as Sourcewell's Students of Character. They attended a banquet at Madden's Resort with other well-deserving students from school districts in the area. Taylor and Elio received an award and scholarship for their hard work and dedication to our school. We are so proud of you both!

The entire 5th grade earned a reward trip to the Lakes 12 Movie Theater in Brainerd by having good behavior, getting all of their assigned work done on time, and meeting 100% of their AR goals in quarter 3.
We celebrated with popcorn, a drink and The Super Mario Brothers movie.

Students in Ms. Andrusick’s advisory spent the past month researching jobs and careers after high school. A popular job that came up was being a barista! So what better way to learn than bring one to the classroom?! Students learned what it takes to be a barista and even got to make their own drinks. Thank you to Autumn Lenz, from Starbucks, for the visit and answering our questions!
